We would prefer the following information on the contact form you send us;

Full Name
Email address ( use the same one that you used for donation)
What are you signing up for? Service Downloads or just to help Support our cause.
Do you have a preferred password or do you want us to pick one for you?

Once your donation is verified we will set you up with a download account if needed and we will notify you when thats done, usually within 24 hours but mostly sooner than that. Remember its just me and i check my email everyday.
Again, (we will verify your donation first so please try to use same email address for both your donation and your signup, if not let us know the detail in the signup form so we can match your donation to the membership request.)
Your $5.00 donation covers one email address for all access and is a one time donation. When your subscription is processed you will be contacted by email. Then just click on the download you want and enter your signon info and your all set.

A word about our online manuals:

Our downloads are clean, no download manager required. Now days with the high percentage of people on a broadband connection (dsl,cable) a download manager is less required when downloading even large files. Back in the day when most people were on dialup connection, download managers were "really" required for files of all sizes, because if you got disconnected which was very common, you had to start all over again and we all know how slow dialup was. Today that is still a huge benefit of having a download manger, you can stop and start, or continue easily and it does allow you to put the download in a file rather than just download it to an open file in memory, there are many other features of using a download manager but thats the gist of it.

Some of our downloads are rather large approx 450 MB so for those we really do recommend that you use a download manager of some kind. There are many download managers out there and you can use any of them, however we do recommend using the one below mainly because it comes from a well known company and its what we are familar with, and its provided as a courtesy for our visitors and customers alike.

We recommend using the lite version for beginners, very easy to use so please feel free to go ahead and download it and get familar with its fuctionality, you are more than welcome to do so at any time. You dont really need it for small files but for the large ones it can be handy to have, you dont have to use it at all or you can use your own if you have one and either way if you need help let us know using the "contact us" button on this page and we will get you the info.

Benefits of download: Im sure like most people you have bought a book or anything for that matter only to have misplaced it along the way when you need it the most (doesnt it always seem to happen that way!). It might be in a box in storage or somewhere in the guarage or in the attic. Or maybe you found it but its raggedy, written on, beverage stains that tend to "always" smear or coverup that ONE part that you need to read regarding your project. Then you may end up running down to the auto parts store or online to re-purchase what you already have.

With download you never have to look for hours for your manual again, and if you need to read through a coffee or grease stain, well its right there on your computer and easy to just click open and print.
